What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, who it goes to, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Effective 21 September 2026
1. Who we are
This site is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Concrete Transition Capital", "we", "us"), a [ENTITY TYPE AND JURISDICTION OF INCORPORATION] with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS].
This policy covers www.concretetransition.com and the pages served from it. The Concrete Terminal at app.concretetransition.com requires an account, and additional terms are presented at sign-in.
For anything in this policy, write to info@concretetransition.com.
2. What we collect
We collect two kinds of information: what you give us, and what your browser sends when you read a page.
Information you give us:
- Contact form: your first and last name, work email address, organization, where you sit in the market, what you need, and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address, and the fact that you subscribed from this website.
- Access-controlled documents: the access code you enter, and any information you supply in a questionnaire attached to that document.
- Correspondence: anything you send us by email.
Information collected automatically when you read a page:
- The page path and title, the page you came from, and how long you spent on the page.
- Your IP address and your browser user-agent string.
- A random session identifier generated in your browser, used to group page views within a single visit.
We do not collect special category data, we do not buy personal data from third parties, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.

We are based in [PRIMARY JURISDICTION] and our providers are largely in the United States. If you contact us from outside that country, your information will be transferred there.
Where information is transferred out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on [TRANSFER MECHANISM, FOR EXAMPLE THE UK IDTA OR EU STANDARD CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES]. Write to us for a copy of the safeguards in place.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete information we no longer have a reason to keep.
- Stop or limit how we use it, including objecting to use based on our legitimate interests.
- Send your information to another provider, where that right applies.
- Withdraw consent, which you can do for the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area and you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If you are a California resident, you may exercise the rights above and ask whether we have disclosed personal information for a business purpose. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
9. How we protect it
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and held in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to the people at CTC who need it to do their work, and administrative access requires an individual account.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information and the law requires us to tell you, we will.
10. Children
This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site.
